I ordered Bitter Tears and when it finally arrived, made your cocktail. I enjoyed it, but did not get the color shown in the photo. I added 9 drops. Would more bitters do the trick?
The cocktail in the photo was made in Saveur’s test kitchen, so I can’t speak to the color.
